Qualifications

• Strong Excel and data handling skills with attention to data accuracy.
• Ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical users and maintain thorough documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ongoing procurement database maintenance, data entry, validation, and correction.
• Process or coordinate requests for access to approved procurement systems per procedures.
• Research, document, and correct data errors in procurement or contract systems.
• Respond to system questions from authorized customers and vendors.
• Diagnose, document, and resolve system issues and coordinate with IT.
• Maintain logs, guidance, and system-support records.
• Support procurement requests, shipments, testing, and system-change planning.
• Support monthly procurement-system reporting and other data-reporting requirements.
• Analyze operational impact of process changes due to system updates.
• Develop or update procedures, job aids, and SOPs.
• Assist surge activities during outages, upgrades, or year-end workloads.
