Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, analytics, computer science, management, or a related field.
• 4 years of relevant professional experience in systems support, data analysis, business analysis, procurement support, or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot business-system issues and communicate technical information to nontechnical users.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with structured data.
• Strong analytical, documentation, organizational, and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ongoing procurement database maintenance, data entry, validation, and correction.
• Process or coordinate requests for access to approved procurement systems per Government procedures.
• Research, document, and correct data errors in contract-writing or other systems.
• Respond to procurement-system questions from authorized customers and vendors.
• Diagnose, document, and follow up on system issues through resolution.
• Coordinate with IT teams on system changes and compatibility.
• Maintain issue logs, resolution docs, and user guidance.
