Job summary

Alpine Armoring Inc. in Dallas seeks a hands-on Procurement & Supply Chain Chief to lead purchasing, warehouse, inventory, and materials management for a growing automotive armoring company.

This role will build and improve procurement and warehouse processes, establish inventory controls, develop supplier relationships, and ensure timely availability of materials for production. The successful candidate will work with Production, Management, suppliers, and warehouse staff to implement scalable

Qualifications

• 3+ years in purchasing/warehouse operations in manufacturing or automotive
• Experience with Fishbowl and Excel
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Ability to build scalable processes to support growth
• Forklift certification a plus

We are seeking a hands‑on Procurement & Supply Chain Chief to lead and strengthen the purchasing, warehouse, inventory, and materials management functions of a growing automotive armoring company.

This position will play a key role in building and improving procurement and warehouse processes, establishing effective inventory controls, developing supplier relationships, and ensuring the timely availability of materials, components, and services required for production. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a developing manufacturing environment and will have the initiative to identify opportunities, implement practical procedures, and improve the infrastructure and organization needed to support increasing production volumes and upcoming projects.

The role will work closely with Production, Management, suppliers, and warehouse personnel to ensure an efficient flow of materials—from purchasing and receiving through inventory control, kitting, and delivery to the production floor. Responsibilities include supplier and purchasing management, purchase order follow‑up, inventory accuracy, warehouse organization, material planning, logistics coordination, reporting, and continuous operational improvement.

The successful candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in purchasing and/or warehouse operations, preferably within manufacturing or automotive environments, with strong organizational and planning skills. Experience with Fishbowl, Microsoft Excel, inventory management, technical documentation, and ISO 9001 quality systems is preferred. Forklift certification is a plus.
