Job summary

HES Facilities Management seeks a Procurement Specialist to own subcontractor sourcing, onboarding and PVL maintenance across regions. You will vet new subcontractors, coordinate COIs, and support legal with agreements while managing vendor relationships and RFP processes.

The role covers peak onboarding June–September and requires strong organization, communication, and experience with procurement systems such as Coupa or Winteam. Office-based with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in procurement, subcontract management or vendor management, bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience running RFPs, comparing bids and negotiating pricing and terms.
• Working knowledge of COIs and subcontract agreements.

Responsibilities

• Review requests for new subcontractors and check existing vendors; onboard or escalate.
• Maintain PVL for trades and run RFPs for categories.
• Resolve vendor issues and prepare price changes for approval.
• Support peak onboarding periods (June–Sept) and liaise with legal on COIs and agreements.
