Job summary

The role focuses on developing procurement strategies, cost modeling, and spend reporting, while collaborating with Legal, Finance, and internal teams to drive savings and compliance.

Qualifications

• Currently in sophomore or junior level curriculum pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, manufacturing, market research, or a science-related discipline; or enrolled in an MBA program.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills are required.
• Experience with data collection, analysis and reporting, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Familiarity with business communication, marketing or journalism concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement objectives including product sourcing, risk management, and supplier performance improvement.
• Conduct market analyses to provide insights for sourcing teams.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies and document processes.
• Assist in RFIs, RFPs, and e-auctions and support cost modeling.
• Contribute to financial analyses, budgeting, and spend reporting.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Procure-to-Pay teams.
