Kelly is hiring a Purchasing Specialist for a contract opportunity in Santa Clara, California. The role focuses on RFQs, RFPs, ECOs, and ERP integrations with Agile PLM and SAP ERP. You will place and expedite supplier purchase orders and resolve AP issues to ensure timely payments.

Qualifications

• Experience generating RFQs (Requests for Quotes) and RFPs (Requests for Proposals).
• Update and streamline the quote-to-part-receipt process to reduce cycle time.
• Execute a high volume of ECOs (Engineering Change Orders) from Agile PLM through SAP ERP and supplier POs (Purchase Orders).
• Place and expedite purchase orders with suppliers.
• Resolve Accounts Payable (AP) issues with suppliers to ensure timely payment.

Responsibilities
