Responsibilities

• Serve as agency liaison for agency supply orders.
• Review documents for completeness and procure goods within policy.
• Provide support related to trash services and payments.
• Analyze and approve purchase orders for compliance.
• Process requisitions, purchases, receipts, and deliveries.
• Track PO delegation authority compliance.
• Provide procurement staff training on procedures.
• Prepare procurement-related financial reports and reconciliations.
• Assist staff with travel arrangements.
• Process PCard purchases and reconcile statements.
• Perform other related work as needed.
