Job summary

Link Snacks in Wisconsin is seeking a Buyer to research pricing, availability, quality, and warranties for production needs. The incumbent will place purchase orders, manage blanket orders, and coordinate with suppliers to meet production schedules.

Responsibilities include maintaining inventory levels, ensuring SAP entries are accurate, and negotiating terms to optimize cost and delivery timelines. Strong communication and safety are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 years related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.
• SAP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research and evaluate price, availability, quality, and warranties.
• Places purchase orders for supplies, equipment, and services.
• Ensure SAP entries and timely deliveries align with production schedules.
• Negotiate pricing and schedule deliveries while maintaining inventory.
