Job summary

The ideal candidate has two to three years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or related administrative functions within an industrial environment. This is an early-career role with room to grow.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, materials management, inventory, or related administrative function.
• Experience creating, processing, updating, or maintaining purchase orders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Strong data-entry accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, process, update, and track purchase orders from request to completion.
• Enter and maintain supplier, pricing, quantity, delivery information.
• Review requisitions and orders for completeness and authorization.
• Obtain supplier quotes and assist with price, lead-time, and comparisons.
