Responsibilities

• Document requisitions and ensure completeness for approvals.
• Prepare RFQs to multiple vendors to obtain price, availability and delivery details.
• Review vendor quotes for comparability and terms with Project Manager approvals.
• Enter purchase orders and related data into the system; file and store documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
