Job summary

Cape Environmental Management Inc. is seeking a Procurement Specialist I to support Project Managers in Honolulu, Hawaii.

You will source vendors, obtain RFQ pricing, prepare bid abstracts, and process requisitions and purchase orders while maintaining project documentation. You will also assist with contract modifications, tracking project costs, invoices, and AP/AR, and support project setup, travel coordination, closeout, asset reporting, and training participation.

Qualifications

• 0-5 years of administrative experience.
• 0-2 years in problem solving, customer service, accounts payable and data entry.
• Associate degree with Word/Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Source vendors and subcontractors; obtain pricing for RFQs.
• Prepare bid abstracts; process purchase requisitions and orders.
• Manage contract modifications and maintain project documentation.
• Track costs, assist invoicing; review AP/AR documentation.
• Coordinate project setup, travel, closeout and asset reporting.
