Responsibilities

  • Procure goods and services up to $200,000 for equipment, services, supplies and IT items.
  • Conduct IFB and RFP solicitations and issue contracts after awards.
  • Evaluate, negotiate and award contracts in compliance with state laws.
  • Provide guidance to agency personnel and coordinate procurement activities.
  • Process requisitions in ADPICS/FMIS and maintain vendor data.
  • Monitor statewide contracts and ensure terms and conditions are met.
