Job summary

Dashiell is seeking a Buyer I to manage procurement operations in their Raleigh, NC office. This position involves executing purchase orders, developing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely material delivery.

Qualified candidates should have at least 2 years of purchasing experience, an associate’s degree, and proficiency in procurement processes. Dashiell offers a competitive benefits package including medical coverage and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
• Experience in an EPC, engineering services, utilities, or industrial environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for bid tabulations and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Execute procurement of assigned materials, equipment, and services.
• Evaluate vendor proposals and make award recommendations.
• Monitor and expedite open purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery.
