Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred in related fields.
• 1–3 years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
• ERP experience preferred; Power BI experience a plus.
• Experience with purchasing, supplier communications, POs, or reporting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Purchase routine materials, supplies, and services from approved suppliers.
• Obtain supplier quotations and create, process, and maintain purchase orders.
• Coordinate order activity and correspond on shipment status and schedules.
• Maintain procurement records and supplier data for reporting.
• Prepare procurement reports and analyses using Excel and ERP data.
• Support projects and continuous improvement within procurement.
