Job summary

ElDorado National California Inc. (ENC) in Riverside, CA, is seeking an Expeditor / Purchasing Associate with experience in supply chain and procurement in a manufacturing setting.

You will procure materials, negotiate with suppliers, manage RFQs and POs, and analyze pricing to meet cost objectives while ensuring on-time delivery. Responsibilities include supplier performance management, data analysis with Excel and ERP/MRP tools, and maintaining compliance with corporate contracts and NDAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or engineering preferred.
• Up to 2 years procurement experience in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with procurement, production or non-production purchasing.
• Understanding of supply chain operations, contracts, and supplier performance metrics.
• Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management, Project Management, NPI and production control.
• Proficiency with Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, advanced formulas) and ERP/MRP.

Responsibilities

• Procure materials at optimal cost, quality and delivery.
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance for best value.
• Oversee RFQ process, procurement awards, PO creation and goods receipt management.
• Analyze pricing to meet cost objectives and budgets.
• Ensure suppliers meet delivery schedules and address performance issues.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with NDAs, export control and contracts.
• Ensure suppliers meet project timelines and leverage procurement data for insights.
