Responsibilities

• Source materials and components from existing and prospective suppliers.
• Develop and maintain supplier databases organized by product category and capabilities.
• Create, issue, and manage purchase orders through completion.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, minimum order quantities, and terms.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery metrics, and quality compliance.
• Build and maintain relationships with manufacturers and distributors.
• Review supplier quotations and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Plan kitting projects in accordance with sourced materials.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and inventory teams to support customer requirements.
• Track open orders and resolve delays, shortages, or quality concerns.
• Maintain procurement records within ERP and business systems.
• Ensure aerospace quality standards and documentation compliance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in procurement and supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1+ years of procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain experience.
• Aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or industrial industry experience preferred.
