Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Procurement Specialist focused on indirect procurement in Wayne, New Jersey. You will partner with regional and global procurement leads, manage intake of sourcing requests, and drive end-to-end sourcing activities across spend categories.

You will support supplier onboarding, spend analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring alignment with procurement policies and category strategies.

Job Description

• Support indirect procurement activities across all spend categories.
• Serve as a key procurement partner to internal stakeholders by managing intake and prioritization of sourcing requests
• Collaborating with regional and global procurement leads, and leading end-to-end sourcing activities for assigned projects.
• Support supplier onboarding, procurement compliance, spend analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensuring alignment with company procurement policies and category strategies.
