Job Title: Procurement Operations Specialist – Remote (W2 Contract)

Location: Fully Remote

Pay Rate: $42–$49/hour (depending on experience)

Partnering with a Global E-Commerce & Technology Leader

Job Overview:

We’re hiring a skilled Buyer III to support one of the world’s largest e-commerce organizations in their rural delivery and supply chain expansion. This individual will play a key role in launching new products and maintaining vendor and procurement operations across multiple fast-paced projects.

This is a remote, highly collaborative role ideal for someone experienced in bulk purchasing tools (like Coupa), with strong Excel skills and a passion for detail and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate new product launches, ensuring accurate and timely procurement
• Manage product setup: cost, retail pricing, content, and imagery
• Handle vendor onboarding and maintain ongoing vendor relationships
• Place a high volume of purchase orders using bulk upload tools (Coupa)
• Support internal control buyers and provide training when needed
• Use internal tools (e.g., MBOA) to export purchase reports and validate data
• Track and manage tasks through Smartsheet
• Leverage Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for pricing and data analysis
• Collaborate cross-functionally across procurement, supply chain, and PM teams

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of recent Buyer experience in a procurement or supply chain setting
• Direct experience using Coupa to place bulk purchase orders
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendor relationships
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
• Experience working in agile and collaborative team environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Six Sigma methodologies
• Background in rural distribution, supply chain, or e-commerce procurement
• Experience using Smartsheet or similar task management tools
