Job summary

WESTRAFO AMERICA LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our manufacturing team in Ohio. You will source, negotiate, and procure raw materials, components, and services to support production operations and ensure timely, cost-effective supply.

You will collaborate with suppliers and internal teams, maintain accurate records in SAP, and drive cost-saving opportunities while upholding quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years purchasing experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Familiarity with SAP, Microsoft Office.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Purchase materials, components, equipment, and services for manufacturing operations.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships; negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times.
• Monitor inventory levels and order based on production schedules and material requirements.

You will work closely with suppliers, production, and inventory teams to ensure materials are available on time and at the best possible value.
