Job summary

Quality Tank Solutions (QTS) in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, is seeking an experienced, full-time Procurement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage purchasing activities, create purchase orders, and help optimize our supply chain to meet production schedules.

You will build strong vendor relationships, coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and Manufacturing, and use excellent communication to ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will be schedule driven with savvy negotiation skills, be highly organized, a relationship builder, customer service driven, and a team player. This candidate will also have three years related work experience with a purchasing background.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Create purchase orders
• Cycle counting and inventory management
• Procure and Expedite materials in a timely manner
• Develop, implement, and maintain an inventory strategy that supports our company's supply chain
• Build and manage positive vendor and supplier relationships
• Support Sales, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams
