Primoris Energy Services is seeking a Procurement Specialist to lead efficient, cost-effective acquisition of materials, equipment, and services for our energy projects.

You will negotiate with suppliers, manage contracts, and work with project managers to align procurement with project needs, while ensuring compliance and risk management. The role offers growth and exposure across large-scale infrastructure programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years in procurement or supply chain roles.
• Proven negotiation and supplier-management skills.
• Strong knowledge of procurement software and ERP.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end procurement processes, from requisitions to PO issuance.
• Source and pre-qualify vendors, assess capabilities and safety standards.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Collaborate with project teams to understand needs.
• Monitor supplier performance and address issues.
• Prepare procurement reports and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
