  • Lead strategic global initiatives, ensuring adherence to global policies and local compliance requirements.
  • Champion travel policy adherence through proactive communication and education — helping travelers understand the intent behind program guidelines through targeted, timely communications across various platforms.
Regional Program Leadership
  • Maintain strong internal relationships with key business partners to drive impactful results for the organization.
  • Coordinate the Executive Travel Program, proactively anticipating the needs of Adobe senior leaders and their assistants to deliver a seamless, white‑glove travel experience.
  • Partner with the Adobe Preferred Travel Provider (Navan) to ensure effective daily tactical and overall strategic governance.
  • Identify and champion process improvements, with a focus on reducing friction in the booking‑to‑expense workflow and improving overall program engagement.
  • Establish and maintain a regular mechanism for collecting traveler feedback (e.g., post‑trip surveys, advisory panels) and use insights to drive continuous program improvement.
  • Serve as a contact point for complex traveler issues, ensuring timely and empathetic resolution that maintains trust in the program.
  • Stay informed of industry and market trends, incorporating relevant innovations into the program to continuously elevate the traveler experience.
Supplier Management
  • Manage regional travel supplier relationships across air, hotel, rail, and ground transport; lead RFP processes, rate negotiations, and SLA management to establish mutually beneficial partnerships, with service quality and reliability as key performance measures alongside cost.
  • Find opportunities for new or improved supplier partnerships; conduct quarterly business reviews to track performance against contractual commitments, including traveler happiness scores and on‑trip service quality metrics.
Data & Reporting
  • Monitor and analyze data trends and provide periodic reports as requested.
  • Identify trends and opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to global dashboards to provide real‑time insight into travel program performance and compliance metrics.
  • Track and report on traveler happiness metrics alongside cost and compliance data, surfacing the full picture of program health to leadership.
Qualifications
Required
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate travel management, preferably with a regional scope in the Americas.
  • Strong understanding of travel processes, technology, and systems.
  • Proficiency with data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) to extract insights from travel data; expertise in project and supplier management.
  • Demonstrated success influencing collaborators at the director level and above without direct authority.
  • Demonstrated capability to resolve traveler issues with empathy and urgency, facilitating cross‑functional resolution and maintaining program trust.
  • Experience implementing traveler‑facing communications, self‑service tools, or support programs that measurably improved happiness or adoption.
Preferred
  • Extensive travel sourcing and operations experience, including TMC management and meetings & events program oversight.
  • Industry certification such as GTP (Global Travel Professional) or CTE (Certified Travel Executive).
  • Experience with Navan would be an advantage.
