We are looking for a seasoned Global Mobility professional to oversee Adobe’s Americas Immigration Program! Reporting to the Director of Global Mobility within Total Rewards, you will serve as the company's subject‑matter expert on all Americas immigration matters, partnering closely with Talent Acquisition, Talent Operations, HR Business Partners, Legal, Compensation, and Finance to support our growing global workforce. You will lead a team of specialists and oversee vendor support members to deliver efficient processes and exceptional employee experiences, all while prioritizing compliance and supporting Adobe’s business objectives. In addition, you will lead and oversee the global immigration vendor partner relationship, including monitoring SLA’s, managing performance, establishing collaborative protocols, and budgeting. The ideal candidate is a driven self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and builds great relationships with partner stakeholders of all kinds. We need someone who always thinks two steps ahead, can reason strategically and holistically, is relentlessly organized and diligent, and is always striving for personal and organizational improvement.
The U.S. pay range for this position is $109,700 -- $228,575 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
