Job summary

Cleveland-Cliffs is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support procurement operations, supplier management, quality systems, and procure-to-pay processes. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented candidate with manufacturing experience, strong computer skills, and the ability to support process improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will manage day-to-day P2P activities, maintain supplier records, assist in supplier evaluations and audits, and contribute to ISO/IATF compliance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, operations management, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of professional experience in procurement, supplier management, quality systems, or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of procurement, supply chain, procure-to-pay processes, and supplier management.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of professional experience in Procurement, supplier management, quality systems, or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of procurement, supply chain, procure-to-pay processes, and supplier management.
  • Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and support cross-functional projects.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, quality auditing, procurement systems, data analysis, and reporting tools.
  • CPM or CPSM certification preferred.
  • Relocation assistance is not provided for this position.
