Strive Pharmaceuticals Inc. seeks a procurement specialist to manage the acquisition of goods, services, and raw materials essential to daily operations and strategic goals.

You will lead supplier sourcing, contract negotiations, order management, and ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and corporate standards, while mitigating supply risks and maintaining optimal inventory levels.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, economics, finance, or engineering.
• Strong analytical thinking, negotiation, and communication skills; ERP/procurement software experience (SAP, Deltek).
• Optional CPP, CPPM, CPPB certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Supplier Sourcing: Research, identify, and evaluate potential vendors based on pricing, quality, reliability, and financial stability.
• Contract Negotiation: Lead bidding processes (RFQs/RFPs) and negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Order Management & Tracking: Issue purchase orders, monitor shipments, reconcile invoices and receipts (3-way matching).
• Quality & Compliance Control: Ensure goods meet specs and comply with regulations.
• Inventory & Risk Planning: Analyze MRP data to prevent stockouts and manage disruptions.

• Supplier Sourcing: Research, identify, and evaluate potential vendors based on pricing, quality, reliability, and financial stability.
• Contract Negotiation: Lead bidding processes (such as RFQs and RFPs) and negotiate favorable contract terms, pricing structures, and delivery schedules.
• Order Management & Tracking: Issue purchase orders, monitor shipment tracking, and reconcile invoices and receipts (using tools like 3-way matching).
• Quality & Compliance Control: Ensure purchased goods meet technical/engineering specifications and adhere to local, federal, or industry regulations.
• Inventory & Risk Planning: Analyze material requirements planning (MRP) data to prevent stockouts, manage supply chain disruptions, and find backup vendors.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, economics, finance, or engineering.
• Skills: Strong analytical thinking, commercial negotiation, communication, and proficiency in ERP/procurement software (e.g., SAP, Deltek).
• Certifications: Optional credentials include Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP), Certified Professional Purchasing Manager (CPPM), or Certified Public Procurement Buyer (CPPB).
