Based in Maplewood, MN, this 12-month role offers a pay range of $21–$25 per hour on W2, with emphasis on Excel-driven data, contract renewals, and procurement documentation. Experience with MS Office and SharePoint is valued.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of indirect procurement experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good project management and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support stakeholders and category teams with procurement activities.
• Prepare RFPs, pricing analysis, and sourcing documentation to support negotiations.
• Manage procurement data, reporting, and dashboards using Excel and SharePoint.
• Verify purchase requests for accuracy and compliance.
• Support contract renewals, updates, and extensions.
• Assist with transactional procurement activities and supplier coordination.
• Act as a point of contact for stakeholders on operational procurement matters.
• Maintain accurate sourcing and contract records.
