Responsibilities

• Support stakeholders and category teams with professional services sourcing initiatives.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of RFx processes (e.g., RFPs).
• Conduct pricing analyses and support supplier negotiations.
• Extract, maintain, and analyze data from procurement systems (SharePoint).
• Utilize Excel to perform data analysis, generate reports, and develop dashboards.
• Maintain accurate sourcing, procurement, and contract documentation.
• Review and verify purchase requests for completeness and policy compliance.
• Support contract renewals, amendments, and extensions.
• Assist with day-to-day transactional procurement activities.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver procurement services efficiently.
• Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders on sourcing matters.
