The Procurement Sourcing Director will lead the development and execution of procurement strategies, supplier management, and cost optimization initiatives. This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing strategic sourcing efforts, cultivating strong supplier partnerships, and ensuring a high-performing procurement operation. The Director will collaborate cross-functionally to support organizational and departmental goals.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of global sourcing strategies and category management within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with sourcing from low-cost countries and emerging markets.
• Track record of process improvement, KPI development, and benchmarking.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and supply chain analytics tools.
• Understanding of international sourcing regulations and tariffs is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as required.
  
  

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $160000.00 - $180000.00/yr.
