Job summary

DEEP is an international design and engineering company driving ocean exploration through advanced subsea habitats and marine systems. We seek an experienced manager to lead USA procurement projects, covering supplier identification to on-time delivery and regulatory compliance.

The role spans a fast-paced startup environment across technical services, large fabrications, and novel marine deployments. You will manage requirements, tendering, and stakeholder communications to ensure project

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement and project management experience.
• Strong understanding of FAR and compliance requirements.
• Experience in safety regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead project portfolio planning and on-time delivery of systems and services.
• Ensure FAR compliance and proper flow-down to suppliers and sub-tier vendors.
• Identify, vet and onboard new suppliers to meet regulatory requirements.
• Manage competitive tendering, contract terms and successful handover to the business.
• Maintain supplier performance, risk, and continuous improvement.
• Interface with engineering to define statements of work for tendering on new tech projects.
• Maintain clear, timely communication with senior stakeholders across functions.
