Job summary

Hydro Extrusions is seeking a Program Manager for Non-Metal Procurement to lead cross-functional programs and drive analytics, dashboards, and executive reporting. This role partners across functions to unlock procurement value and deliver measurable benefits.

You will develop training content, maintain real-time dashboards, and present updates to senior leadership, reporting to the Senior Director, Non-Metal Procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required in related field.
• Minimum 5 years of cross-functional program and procurement analytics experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs with executive reporting.
• Experience with large data sets and dashboards.
• Familiarity with procurement processes and ERP systems.
• Experience developing training content.
• Experience supporting multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement programs from concept through implementation and benefits realization.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and track actions to ensure delivery.
• Identify synergies and opportunities for procurement involvement.
• Manage procurement training program including planning and evaluation.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for program status and results.
• Create executive-ready updates communicating achievements and financial impact.
• Support new projects with procurement lens and measure outcomes.
