athenahealth is seeking a Procurement Manager, Process & Governance to turn operating needs into repeatable processes that ensure compliance and practical execution. You will own SOPs, process maps, controls, and governance communications while coordinating recurring reporting with Procurement, Legal, Finance, IT, and InfoSec.

The role is hybrid/in-office/remote as applicable and reports to the Procurement leadership team.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Business, Operations, or related field preferred.
• 7–10 years in procurement operations, governance, or PMO-related roles.
• Experience developing SOPs, process maps, controls documentation, and training materials.
• Experience coordinating recurring governance reporting across multiple contributors.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, standardize, and maintain end-to-end Procurement workflows across intake, sourcing, contracting, vendor management, and procure-to-pay.
• Create and update SOPs, process maps, RACIs, control points, templates, job aids, and exception pathways.
• Coordinate recurring Procurement governance reporting, calendars, templates, and publication cadence.
• Gather inputs from Procurement and cross-functional partners and publish review-ready updates on schedule.
• Track audit requests, remediation actions, and maintain evidence for audit readiness.
• Lead working sessions to gather requirements and document decisions.
• Maintain Procurement website and SharePoint content and governance materials.
• Apply AI tools to improve workflow documentation and reporting accuracy.
