Job summary

Censeo Consulting Group, based in Washington, DC, seeks an Acquisition and Communications Manager to support the DHS Procurement Office. You will translate complex policies into clear, actionable guidance, manage SharePoint procurement resources, and lead stakeholder engagements to improve accessibility.

This hybrid, full-time role reports to leadership and emphasizes collaboration, policy communication, and knowledge management. Candidates with federal procurement experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, acquisition management, communications, public administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in federal procurement, acquisition policy communications, or a related field.
• Experience translating complex policies into clear, user-friendly resources (guides, checklists, templates, web content).
• Experience developing and maintaining content within SharePoint or similar platforms.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear written documentation, graphics, and presentations.
• Excellent written English and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of client engagement from scoping to final delivery.
• Lead development, organization, maintenance, and continuous improvement of SharePoint-based procurement policy and communications resources.
• Translate complex federal acquisition policies into clear, user-friendly resources (websites, guides, templates, checklists).
• Provide strategic support for procurement policy guidance and resources across the office.
• Develop and implement communications strategies to improve awareness and usability of procurement policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure resources are accurate and current.
• Support the development of executive communications, presentations, and procurement policy materials.
• Draft and review policy documents for communications needs across the office.
• Provide team management across procurement policy and communications resources.
