Job summary

Censeo Consulting Group, a Washington, DC–based management firm, seeks a SharePoint Specialist for DHS engagements. You will guide project teams, design and update SharePoint solutions, and analyze data to derive actionable insights while supporting administration and client communications.

Ideal candidates have SharePoint experience (development/administration) and a collaborative, proactive approach to managing delivery risks in a federal services environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required with strong academic background.
• 1+ year (junior) / 3+ years (mid) experience in SharePoint development and/or administration.
• Experience with DHS or federal government engagements preferred.
• Professional services or consulting experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Guide project teams and client engagements for DHS SharePoint solutions.
• Design, develop, and update SharePoint pages and environments.
• Analyze data to identify trends and deliver meaningful insights.
• Provide SharePoint administration—user access, data storage, knowledge mgmt.
• Contribute to written/verbal communication and project management docs.
• Build client relationships and manage delivery risks proactively.
• Support project planning and tailor methodologies to fit needs.
• Coach DHS adoption of incremental development approaches.
• Maintain project guidance, documents and status updates.
