QTS Data Centers in Duluth, GA, is seeking a Senior Manager, Category Sourcing to lead category management across critical data-center spend areas. You will drive cost savings, enterprise agreements, and supplier relations while mentoring a team of sourcing professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply-Chain, or Engineering, or related field
• Seven+ years in Sourcing, Procurement, and/or Supply-Chain
• Three+ years leading a procurement sourcing team
• Experience in contract development, execution, negotiation, and vendor relationships >$50M annual value
• Procurement certification (e.g., ISM CPSM) desirable
• MBA or Master of Supply Chain desirable
• Experience with data center providers preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop a world-class category management strategy across assigned categories.
• Coach and develop a team of category sourcing managers to outperform expectations.
• Lead execution of ongoing category management activities to achieve objectives and savings targets.
• Ensure contract portfolios are current and robust.
• Leverage buying power to enhance terms and value.
• Monitor and report performance improvements to elevate productivity.
• Develop supplier/category profiles and strategies for best-in-class supply chain design.
• Guide supplier selection, RFI/RFP development, and bid analyses.
