Job summary

Stuller, Inc. is seeking a Procurement Replenishment Planner to ensure timely and cost-effective inventory replenishment. You will manage procurement, monitor stock levels, analyze demand forecasts, and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to optimize inventory while minimizing excess.

You will create purchase orders, track supplier performance, and adjust reorder points to support operations and meet customer demand with accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Experience in procurement, inventory planning, replenishment planning, or supply chain operations.
  • Proficiency with ERP, MRP, or inventory management systems.
  • Strong data analysis using Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage purchase orders based on inventory needs and demand forecasts.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.
  • Monitor supplier performance and address delays, shortages, and quality issues.
  • Analyze inventory levels and demand trends to maintain appropriate stock levels.
  • Adjust replenishment parameters including reorder points and safety stock.
  • Identify and manage excess, aging, and slow-moving inventory.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and procurement data within ERP systems and generate reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align inventory strategies and communicate supply risks.

The Procurement team strategically manages our acquisition of goods, services, and raw materials to ensure operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality. We go beyond transactional purchasing to drive value through vendor relationships.

The Procurement Replenishment Planner is responsible for ensuring the timely and cost-effective replenishment of inventory to support business operations and customer demand. This role manages procurement activities, monitors inventory levels, analyzes demand forecasts, and collaborates with suppliers and internal stakeholders to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing excess inventory and supply disruptions.

Key Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field
  • Experience in procurement, inventory planning, replenishment planning, or supply chain operations
  • Proficiency in ERP, MRP, or inventory management systems
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ability to analyze data
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Effective communication and ability to collaborate across teams
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, retail, or consumer goods environment
  • Knowledge of demand forecasting methods and inventory optimization practices
  • Experience with supplier performance tracking and purchasing processesFamiliarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement principles
