Job summary

Solvay is seeking a Procurement Performance Manager to drive the end-to-end procurement performance strategy across Source to Contract and Procure to Pay. You will monitor KPIs, support forecasting, and ensure compliance while collaborating with finance and operations.

The role requires 6+ years in procurement or finance, English fluency, a relevant degree, and SAP expertise; a hybrid work setup is offered with 2 days on-site.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Engineering.
• Experience in procurement or finance with strong analytical skills.
• Profound knowledge of SAP in procurement processes and KPI dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of procurement performance strategy across S2C and P2P.
• Monitor KPIs, identify gaps, and support action plans and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and internal controls.
• Provide performance analysis to stakeholders and act as senior internal consultant.
