Job summary

Curtiss-Wright Corporation seeks a Supervisor of AP & Procurement Operations in Parsippany, NJ. You will own end-to-end P2P processes, vendor onboarding, and contract execution controls, interfacing with IT Finance, Legal, and COE to enforce compliance and scalable controls.

You will drive process improvements, system ownership (CWPay, Zycus, ERP), and ensure timely, accurate financial outcomes with SOX/ICFR guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 7–10+ years of experience in finance operations, procurement, P2P, or accounting.
• Experience in SOX/ICFR-controlled environments is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end P2P process across procurement, vendor setup, invoice processing, and payment coordination.
• Act as primary contact for shared services across A/P, vendor management, P2P, and tax support.
• Lead exception resolution and remediation with business stakeholders to fix process gaps.
• Establish and enforce vendor onboarding controls and PO-before-service policy.
• Coordinate lease governance and non-PO spend controls as part of P2P improvements.
