Job summary

Collibra’s Prague office is seeking a Procurement Operations Manager to own P&E and G&A category spend, manage the full vendor lifecycle, and ensure compliant, efficient procure-to-pay workflows in a hybrid setting.

You will partner with Finance, Legal, IT, HR, and Facilities to align operations with business goals, drive process improvements, and maintain accuracy across procurement activities.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in procurement operations or procurement support
• Experience managing vendor relationships and contract lifecycle
• Solid understanding of procure-to-pay processes (PO, 3-way match, invoice validation)
• Familiarity with P-Card program administration and spend compliance
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in financial/operational tasks
• Experience with SaaS environments
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Own procurement operations and category spend across G&A, product, and engineering
• Oversee full vendor lifecycle: intake, review, redline, renewal
• Validate invoices, resolve discrepancies, manage exceptions
• Administer corporate P-Card program and ensure policy compliance
• Lead vendor review and contract execution with favorable terms
• Collaborate with P&E, Finance, Legal, IT, HR and Facilities
