Qualifications

• 2–5 years procurement/sourcing experience.
• Experience in vendor risk management and third-party assessments.
• Ability to read and analyze legal documents.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Workday or ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Understand and support Procurement Policy and Procedures.
• Assist onboarding of new vendors and ensure documents are current.
• Track contract status and renewals.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure timely project completion.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
• Support and maintain procurement reports.
• Coordinate approvals from different departments as needed.
• Ensure invoices align with purchase orders.
• Perform other duties to support the team.
