Job summary

QTS Realty Trust seeks a Manager of Procurement Operations to lead the source-to-pay enhancements, ensuring procurement excellence and risk mitigation. You will guide systems strategy, process improvements, and mentor analysts across the organization.

The role focuses on building links with key partners, driving data-informed decisions, and deploying technology to improve efficiency and innovation in procurement practices.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in procurement or related roles with data integrity.
• Two+ years in people, project, or program management.
• Bachelor’s degree in related fields; advanced degrees/certs preferred.
• Experience driving change to improve user experience and mitigate risk.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% annually.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enhancement and execution of purchasing processes in cross-functional partnerships.
• Lead P2P initiatives with technology and policy improvements.
• Drive change management and data-driven decision making in procurement.
• Develop training strategies for users to transact in ERP systems more effectively.
• Manage transactional P2P to ensure swift, compliant purchasing.
• Lead teams handling purchase orders and supplier lifecycle; analytics data.
• Assist in creating procurement policies aligned with standards and sustainability.
• Monitor and optimize procurement KPIs.
• Support senior leadership in aligning procurement with org goals.
• Develop, monitor and share P2P performance metrics.
