Job summary

Quality Technology Services, LLC, a leading data center and technology services provider, seeks a Manager, Procurement Operations to lead source-to-pay enhancements and drive procurement excellence across the organization. Qualifications

• At least five years of procurement, sourcing, compliance, risk management or related data-intense role.
• At least two years in people, project or program management.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, IT, business, accounting or related fields.
• Experience driving change to improve user experience and mitigate risk.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the enhancement, execution, and operational excellence of the purchasing process in cross-functional partnership with key stakeholders.
• Act as a Procurement-to-Pay (P2P) leader by advancing procurement performance through technology and best practices.
• Drive change management initiatives to foster continuous improvement and data-driven decisions.
• Develop internal communication and training strategies for ERP users.
• Oversee transactional P2P to ensure swift, accurate purchasing in line with standards.
• Lead a team managing purchase orders and supplier lifecycle, driving spend analytics across the organization.
• Assist in creating procurement policies aligned with regulatory and sustainability goals.
• Support senior leaders to align procurement with broader corporate goals.
• Develop, monitor, and disseminate key metrics showing P2P process growth.
