Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) seeks a Logistics Analyst Principal to join the PMO at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The role leads procurement operations and ensures end-to-end lifecycle management across diverse stakeholder groups.

You will drive process improvements, develop SOPs, and deliver metrics-driven insights while coordinating with government customers and vendors under FAR/DFARS guidelines. A Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Eight (8) or more years of procurement, logistics, supply chain management, acquisition, or program operations experience.
• Experience leading procurement operations supporting Department of War programs.
• Demonstrated experience developing procurement processes and leading operational improvements.
• Experience integrating procurement activities across multiple functional organizations.
• Experience leading projects independently from planning through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Leads procurement operations across worldwide locations and supports the PMO.
• Owns end-to-end procurement lifecycle from customer requirements through closeout and reconciliation.
• Develops standardized procurement processes, SOPs, and best practices to improve efficiency.
• Independently leads procurement initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Collaborates with leadership to develop procurement strategies supporting worldwide missions.
