Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
6+ years’ experience in Procurement or Supply Chain.
Knowledge of procurement and financial compliance, including Sarbanes-Oxley, UCC laws, and import/export regulations.
U.S. person status as defined by ITAR (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee).
Authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
Responsibilities
Lead all plant procurement operations, including direct, indirect, and capital spend.
Provide leadership, guidance, and career development for Procurement Specialists and Supply Chain Planners.
Partner with stakeholders across the organization to ensure procurement strategies align with plant and business unit goals.
Manage supplier sourcing, negotiations, contract development, and execution.
Monitor supplier performance and take corrective action as needed.
