Procurement/Operations Associate – Contract

Project Overview

HR for Growth is seeking a detail‑oriented Procurement & Operations Associate to support end‑to‑end product procurement, transportation, and catalog management for a retail photography project. This role ensures products move efficiently from retail purchase to studio photography while maintaining accurate catalog and inventory records.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable managing both hands‑on procurement tasks and operational coordination in a fast‑paced project environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Purchase designated products from specified retail locations and maintain accurate receipts and purchase documentation
• Create and maintain catalog tracking files for all purchased items
• Transport purchased products to the San Francisco studio for scheduled photography sessions
• Capture in‑store photos of product displays when needed for pricing verification
• Coordinate with the on‑site project team to ensure products are ready for photography
• Procure replacement items if products or packaging are damaged or unsuitable for photography
• Support post‑photography product organization, including donation or disposal per project guidelines
