Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, is seeking a Buy-Sell Procurement Manager II to manage daily procurement execution, supplier management, inventory operations, and material availability for networking sustaining products. You will translate supply plans into purchase orders and maintain CRDs to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in procurement, materials management, component planning, supply execution, or supply chain operations.
• Mastery in English and local language.
• Experience with procurement orders, supplier commitments, and delivery schedules.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.
• Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Translate demand and supply into purchase orders and manage PO lifecycle.
• Monitor supplier commitments, CRDs, and delivery schedules in ERP.
• Manage allocations, shortages, and inventory across hubs and locations.
• Track supplier performance and escalate supply issues to resolve shortages.
• Develop dashboards and reports for supply execution and health metrics.
