Job summary

Flow is seeking a Logistics Manager to support the commercial lifecycle of real estate development projects. You will act as a technical resource for cost control, material procurement, and contract administration to keep projects within approved budgets.

In this role you will quantify costs, prepare tender documents, evaluate bids, and coordinate day-to-day procurement activities with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

About the Role

The Logistics Manager supports the commercial lifecycle of real estate development projects at Flow, serving as a key technical resource for cost control and material procurement. In this role, you'll perform precise quantification, cost estimation, and procurement coordination-preparing tender documents, evaluating bids, and managing day-to-day contract administration to keep projects within approved budgets.
