Job summary

Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat dealer in PA, has an immediate opening for a Procurement Manager. This role leads purchasing across the organization, modernizes procurement processes within our ERP system, and drives cost savings while mentoring the procurement team.

The role collaborates with suppliers, negotiates terms, and ensures compliance with policies. Travel within the dealership territory is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required; professional certification preferred (CPP, CPM, SPSM).
• Extensive experience in purchasing/procurement or supply chain management with leadership.
• Strong negotiation skills and supplier relationship building.
• Knowledge of ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience preferred.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Actively support and optimize the ERP procurement system; drive process improvements.
• Update and modernize purchasing policies, procedures, and programs.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement team.
• Build strategic supplier relationships; negotiate pricing, quality, and terms.
• Analyze vendor payments and costs; ensure policy compliance.
• Evaluate supplier performance and develop new sources as needed.
• Review bids, negotiate terms, and establish favorable credit terms.
• Oversee blanket POs to streamline processes.
• Collaborate with 29 branch locations to drive cost reductions.
• Review check requisitions and invoices for accuracy.
• Ensure safety and corporate policy compliance; travel within territory as needed.
• Handle special projects contributing to department success.
