Job summary

KHS USA Inc. in Wisconsin seeks a Professionals Procurement Manager to lead procurement projects, analyze data, and partner with Engineering to shape sourcing strategies.

You will manage procurement dashboards, monitor performance, and coordinate with Production, Assembly, and After-Sales to ensure timely, cost-effective initiatives. Travel internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• 5+ years procurement, supply chain, sourcing, project management, or related experience in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret and present complex data.
• Experience managing procurement projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Knowledge of forecasting, supply planning, and make-versus-buy analysis.
• Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Excel, ideally as a Key User.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness and ability to collaborate in an international network and travel internationally as needed.

• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
• Travel internationally as required to support projects, and business initiatives.
