Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a hands-on Procurement Manager for a growing food manufacturer in Pasadena, CA to source raw proteins, ingredients, packaging, and supplies and to drive cost and inventory strategy.

You will lead supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, manage KPIs, forecast demand, optimize inventory, ensure USDA/GMP/HACCP compliance, and collaborate with operations, QA, finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years procurement/purchasing experience, ideally in food/protein manufacturing.
• Strong ERP/MRP experience (Canopy or similar).
• Solid financial acumen (cost analysis, variances, margins).
• Knowledge of USDA/GMP/HACCP preferred.
