• Work with GPOs and local contracts for 10 subsidiaries.

• Work through New Site Checklist (HVAC, Watercooler, pest control, etc).
• Develop a supply and production plan to ensure timely delivery to our customers.
• Create and monitor the performance of the purchasing strategy.
• Oversee and support purchasing staff (1).
